AUDITORIUM NAMING RIGHTS AND DONATION FORM

At our recent Anaheim Reunion, our general body decided to promote the idea of naming rights for specific areas of GMCANA Auditorium with the idea of raising funds that could form the core of the GMCANA Auditorium Endowment Fund. The interest would be used to maintain the Auditorium and support future programs and activities approved by the Endowment Committee. We are hereby requesting members to avail themselves of this unique feature in fundraising and a rare opportunity to become part of this magnificent project. The details are as follows*:

Main Theater:                                             $100,000
Seminar Room:                                           $30,000
Guest Suites (3):                                          $20,000 each
Exhibit Halls & Corridor (3):                         $20,000 each
Green Rooms (2):                                        $15,000 each
Student Recreation Center:                         Named in Honor of Dr. Nutakki
CME Center:                                               $ 30,000; Donated by Tripuraneni brothers

The overall name - GMCANA AUDITORIUM - does not change.

The money previously donated is considered to be part of payment for these packages.

* The Building Committee Chairman will decide on the mechanism to select the Donor for a given area if there are multiple donors for the same area. The deadline for the donations for naming rights is December 10, 2004. (mail or inform by phone of your intent)
